At the outset, we categorically state that we do not accept or agree to the Draft Environmental Supplemental Plan (ESP) Notification'2016 in its current form as we feel it does not provide for the necessary measures required to protect the environment. Our comments, therefore, may be read only as a response from the public to its contents and not as its acceptance.
